Paradise Café welcomes a relaxed but respectful style suited to our natural setting by the river. -
To ensure smooth operations and fairness to our team, we require that any cancellations or changes to your reservation be made at least:
• 24 hours in advance for groups of up to 4 guests
• 48 hours in advance for groups of 5 or more
• 5 days in advance for groups of 18+
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will incur a $25 per person fee, charged to the credit card on file. -
Yes some tables and areas are outdoors and may be unavailable in case of rain or extreme weather.
In some cases, bookings may be moved or cancelled without prior notice if safety is a concern. -
While we do our best to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee specific seats or tables.
Most of our venue features a mix of indoor and outside areas. Furniture cannot be rearranged upon request. -
Yes, Paradise Café is wheelchair accessible. We have a ramp at the entrance to ensure easy access for all our guests.

Yes, a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays.

Yes, we’re located in a peaceful countryside setting with free parking available onsite. We recommend arriving a little early on weekends as it can get busy during peak times.
